Basics


Habits helps you build new daily habits or break bad ones by taking you on a 60-day journey. Every day that you complete your habit, you check off the day and take another step along this journey. Once you’ve reached 60 days, you become a Master of your habit.

Navigation

Swipe up or down on the lower control to navigate between the main views: Checkbox, Challenge, and Calendar.

Where you check off habit repetitions.

Check off a habit

To log a repetition, press and hold on the checkbox view until the checkbox animation completes.

Complete part of a habit

If you define a daily goal that requires you to log your habit multiple times per day e.g. 5 times / day, when you press and hold the checkbox it will log 1 repetition each time, until you reach the desired daily goal then the habit is considered completed for the day. Partially completed habits are shown by a progress circle around the day.

Log or Edit Habit Progress

If you wish to edit the number of repetitions you have completed for the day e.g. your daily goal is 10,000 steps / day, you can tap on the repetition text below the habit name in the checkbox and then edit the total in the sheet that is shown.

Tapping on the number in the middle of the sheet will let you enter a number via the keyboard.
